(3) Foreigners must hold: ① Personal passport or other identity and nationality documents; ② "Foreigner Residence Permit" issued by the public security organ, or identity document issued by the foreign affairs department, or entry or residence permit for temporary visit to China; ③ A marriage status certificate issued by a notary public in the country of origin and authenticated by the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or an agency authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country, or a marriage status certificate issued by that country’s embassy or consulate in China. |
