However, the employer may not arrange annual leave for employees with the employees' consent. If the employees' wages have been paid normally during the period when they did not take annual leave, the employer only needs to pay 300% of the employee's daily wage income. It is worth noting that even if employees meet the leave condition of "continuous work for more than one year", they may not be able to enjoy the annual leave that year.
